    Hi.
    Just to make you aware that the shuttle service between Parksnart.ie Dublin Airport car parks and the airport have increased their fee by 100%
    It has gone from €2 to €4 for an adult return which in my opinion makes the official car park with their free shuttle bus attractive once again.

    I am really cheesed off by this company , although in fairness ive used them for a few years and was happy enough BUT I recently booked a carpark with them for the following morning , after filling in my details correctly , including my return flight time , and was offered a few options . I chose one , Glenmore , and booked it for 6 days . I paid in full but then immediatly found out that the shuttle bus stopped at 11 pm so this was NOT a valid option for me as i was landing at 11pm on my return . I emailed immediatly and changed to another of their options , and paid again.
    I left the next morning and later that day got a mail saying that i could not get arefund as i had not cancelled within 24 hours ! They refuse to return the money even though it was their mistake and i still booked something else with them . Their customer service is unprofessional , it was obvious they had not even read my emails . I am astonished by their greed ! Do they really need the money that badly that they have to rip people off!!! SHAME ON THEM ! I will not be using them again

    It's clearly stated on the Glenmore page that the bus stops at 11pm, you changed your mind so they don't need offer you a refund.

    The only way you may be able to get a refund is the 7 day cooling off period for distance sales. But I don't how that works when you are booking something for the following morning.

    Yes, but i clearly stated that my return flight landed at 11pm ! So it should not have been offered as an option !! Why ask people if it does not matter ! I didnt change my mind , I was very clear about my request and i dont feel that Parksmart are very ethical . They just grabbed payment twice !! Really GREEDY !
