Not sure exactly what's going on but it seems the amount of hate tweets towards Moff has come to the stage where he has closed his account.

Apparently, his wife saying he's spending too much time on it was a factor? Personally, he seems to get a lot of thrills out of people's overreactions, so I doubt it was a matter of scaring him away.

Probably, he just got bored with it.
