Bridgestone Muay Thai just got in a load of Sandee gear (gloves, shin guards etc), all top quality stuff, in fact I'm sure most of the clubs will have gear you can buy.

If you were looking for cheaper starter stuff you could just pop in to Mullen sports on Caple st.

    Hope that helps

Thread going on about gear in the MMA forum atm. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056746875

Some of sites in there should have what you're looking for.

Most clubs will have spare gloves and shin pads for you to use. My advice would be don't buy anything until you are sure Thai Boxing is for for you, decent gloves and shin pads will set you back a few quid, so try it out first then get your own gear.

You would definitely need to buy a groin guard and I'd also recommend wrist wraps (usually only a fiver). Trust me on the groin guard. Seriously :)
