Microsoft Word Problem

    Hi all,

    I recently installed office 2010 and I am having consistent problems with Word. When I open a file either via explorer or in word itself I get a error message as follows - Microsoft word has stopped working and windows is checking for a solution to the problem. Eventually I have to open the file up in safe mode.

    These files have been created in a different PC and in word 2010. It's a pain in the ass if I am opening a number of files as it takes ages to open them in safe mode and save them down again.

    Any help welcome.
