    Hi guys,
I bought a laptop from Sony Center a week ago on sales,
I rang in and ask if I can return it, because I am not happy with it. However, manager rang me back say they don't take laptop back unless is faulty? Anyone spill beans? give me some suggestions, plzz?:)

If it is not faulty they are well within their rights not to accept a return. If you don't like it your best bet is probably to sell it on adverts.ie or somewhere along those lines. If there is a serious issue with the machine (the reason you don't like it) such as persitant crashes/overheating etc. then it could be seen as faulty entitling you to a repair/replacement or refund. The initial choice will be decided by the seller which will likely be repair
