That's near GMIT yeah? Behind Bodkins? I'm not back till January (on work placement) and need to get a job before looking for a place to move to but it's one of the places I was looking at (I like to plan ahead). Even if I don't move their I'm willing to meet after college and stuff. Are you a student in the college 'cause the LGBT society is worth a look if you are. Could put you in contact with the person who's running it this year if you like?
