free calls to friends v free calls on same network

    Out of contract and and looking to stay in or around paying €45 per month on phone bill per month.

    Just wondering if any network still does free calls to 5 preferred numbers or do they now only do free calls to those in the same network?

    Free calls to same network or free calls to any network is the norm.

    48 give free calls and texts to any network for 10 EUR per month.
