Quick question, my student card is fairly tatty, does anyone know if I can replace it somewhere, and will it cost me? (seeing as it's not lost or broken)

    Thanks in advance...

Ucards can be replaced at the back of the Readers Deli where the Ucard station is located. I think the fee was €30 last year.

Isn't there a couple weeks at the start of term where you can replace old cards for free? Or was that just when they were switching over to the UCard ?

I think that was for the change over only.

From what I heard there is a second change over this year.

Well, if the OP had the old student card it probably will be ok (think they get a one off freebie for the change), but if its a second ucard there will be a fee.
