Last time i signed up for something like this i was plagued with loan and credit card offers.

Go into a branch and ask will they be passing your details on to anyone they want as part of their "terms and conditions".

I got that deal last year. I signed up for it just for the deal. Put money into the account and withdrew it in 10 transactions.

It turned out to be a load of crap. You had to give them your preference of where you wanted to go (top 3) you also had to give them three dates that you are free to travel on.

Never used mine.
