    Hi all,
Had a scroll through a few pages of threads but didnt see an answer to my question, so new thread needed for it.

Does anybody know of a good place in Dublin to get round bar stock in small quantities? I'm talking lengths on the order of about a foot and under and steel and alumunium, maybe brass. I have a tabletop lathe that I would like to dust off (my dads, hasn't seen use in many years!) and use but don't know where to even start looking for materials or what reasonable prices are for the stuff.

Thanks for reading and here's hoping ye know where to look!

I don't know myself, but your local secondary school should be able to give you the name of somewhere local where they buy their materials.
