TLT grant scheme

Confusing question - is the TLT grant scheme part of the free fees scheme. It is for a friend who is returning to college who did a level 6 award and is now going back to do a level 8 and needs to complete a form and declare if his funding for the level 6 was under free fees.

The TLT scheme is subsumed into the Student Grant Scheme

so its a no then. The form just needs a tick under funding by HEA.

it is a form for previous study and funding.

i.e was your previous study funded under the free fees scheme. The programme was under the TLT scheme so not sure
