Stephen Rae has moved from the Herald to the Indo. No word on his replacement at the Herald yet. Denis O'Brien doesn't hang about!

Press release says he responsible for print and online editions - so i'd say Noreen Hegarty will go to the Herald.

So he's coming from the Herald? No chance of an increase in actual news and less celebrity stories then.
