    Hey there!

There are currently two rooms available to rent for the year in a house that I'm currently living in on Cork Street.
The house is a three bedroom house. You'd be sharing the house with me, a 20 year old, male student, currently studying in BIMM Dublin. There are two bathrooms in the house. One is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor, this one includes the shower and whatnot.
There is UPC Broadband in the house, the bill is to be split between the everyone in the house, so it works out pretty cheap.
All in all, it's a pretty kick ass house. Very warm and cozy. It also contains many leather bound books and smells of rich mahogany. Rent would be €400 a month.

If you're interested or simply want to know any other pieces of info, private message me!

    Thanks,
    Eoin.

Surprisingly, there isn't! As I am a fine, upstanding member of society who has consideration for his neighbours, there won't be drumming. Well, of the loud, acoustic kind anyway.

No, it's 400 a month for your own room in the house. There's no sharing of rooms.
Also, one room has already been taken, there is still one remaining!
