    Hi All!

Currently looking after some web design/development projects.

How do you find it best to organise them? With regards to design I find it difficult to tie someone to a number of hours and deadline while maintaining creativity. With payment for this I find some people find it hard to see where exactly the work was put into a 'concept'

With regards to programmers (No offence) they seem to be overly optimistic with timelines.

With both it is hard to track the hours so you come in under budget. It also seems difficult to manage multiple projects as they somehow always end up running into one another.

    SO, Any tips?:D

    Compartmentalise. Prioritise. Measure.
