PS3 not loading discs

I'm looking for some info on repairing a PS3 (not sure what version),basically my nephew had 4 dvds stuffed into his PS3 by his younger brother,I took it apart and took the cover off the disc drive and got the discs out. I got everything back together as it should be,but when I tried loading a game it has to be pushed in…

I got everything back together as it should be,but when I tried loading a game it has to be pushed in further than normal before it pulls in the game,and even then the game does not load.

Has anybody any tips or links that would be of help?
