My partner got a fixed penalty notice in nov 2010 for speeding however we never recieved it as we moved before it was sent out so he didnt even know about it until around march wen he found out he had a penal warrant for not goin to court and had to get a new court date. My partner got a fixed penalty notice in nov 2010 for speeding however we never recieved it as we moved before it was sent out so he didnt even know about it until around march wen he found out he had a penal warrant for not goin to court and had to get a new court date. He ended up with 4 penalty points instead of two. 2 for the speeding and 2 for having to go to court or whatever. Can he appeal the 2 extra points seeing as he never knew he was even caught speeding in the first place?
