    Does anyone know where in waterford its possible to buy good quality wood for instrument making.

    Last time I passed through Bunmahon there was bales of Teak and Mahogany air drying outside in the yard, think twas outside Bunmahon Joinery.

    What wood exactly and how much be needed. My friends father makes stuff outta wood and collects all different kinds of wood from all over the world. He only does it as a hobby but he might have what you need. No harm asking anyway I suppose

    Thanks for the reply guys. I'd be looking for mahogany, alder or maple. Not huge amounts. Just for making guitars etc
