    Hi ,

Over in Clarity which is based in DCU we have set up a mock call center and we need people to call in through skype.

This is easy, really easy … each call takes less than 2 minutes, from your desktop or your phone.

All you need to do is:

Step 1: Add clarity.helpline to your skype account.

Step 2: Give the helpline a call, we want you to ring with questions you might normally google
e.g. Hi i need the name of a good michelin star restaurant?

Step 3: The helpline agent may then ask you a few questions:
e.g. What area would you prefer the restaurants to be in? What open times do you prefer?

Step 4: The helpline agent will then tell you that they promise to find out and call you back. Thats all there is to it. The agent wont actually call you back.

So we'd really like you to make calls, multiple calls, and on each day if you can. The helpline is staffed by a new person each day so the call you made yesterday you can make again today, and tomorrow, and so on. Also, you can make multiple calls, so once you've done the first one, subsequent ones are easy so what I've been doing is a few calls in a row, and using different pseudonyms.

Any questions just ask on here.

    Regards
