Sky HD Box - has not upgraded new EPG

Is this been rolled out on a phase basis or can I mannually force the box to upgraded to the new EPG. The box is a Samsung and is running 47.0.16.1 EPG software.

if its an old samsung maybe not

Plug the power out from the electricity, the plug it in holding the backup button on the HD box, until the update begins, should take about 10 minutes.
