    Hi,
I'm just in the middle of registering online for third year. I don't get paid until next week so i haven't got the 97 euro student levy. Do my modules still get registered or do I lose my place on them until I pay? I need to do the specific modules I chose because they are the only ones left I can fit around work.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe ring the fees and grants office (01 708 4747) to find out? They answer the phones pretty quickly!

There is just one lecture slot that clashes with another subject that is stopping me from doing an elective module that i really want to pick. Is there any workaround on this? I'd nearly be willing to miss a lecture just for this. It won't allow me to register for it online because of the clash

Is the module it clashes with compulsory? You won't be allowed pick a module that clashes with that. It's a balls, didn't get to do a module I really wanted in second year 'cause of that.

Op, I'm the same as you. You must make sure you pay the 97 euros before September the 30th or you incur a 100 euro fine.

If it's a compulsory module from the same dept then email them (not the timetable people, their useless) and ask why they are clashing. They might not have noticed.

I had an optional module and a compulsory one clash. I emailed the timetable people and they said there is nothing that can be done.

I then emailed my dept and they are having it changed.
