I had a look at your old thread and I don't think you ever posted any pics of the cab in the end?

Would be easier to troubleshoot if we could see what kind of cab it is ;)

    Hey All,

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/160713200861?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649#ht_6966wt_1208

    and this

    http://www.xgaming.com/store/arcade-parts-and-accessories/product/two-player-build-your-own-arcade-bundle-pcb/

and yes i have a pc for mame lol my problem is how can i connect the monitor to power up from the ATX power supply?? or to make it easier can i use my 110v step down transformer to power it altho its only 100v monitor will it fry??? i also have a 100v step down but unfortunately id have to rewire the japanese plug on the cabinet to use it and i cant tell the + from the - as its not indicated gah any help would be great cheers guys

What made you buy that stuff?

To turn it into a Mame machine, you need to buy a Jpac. This allows you to connect your pc to the jamma harness, your video card to your monitor, & arcade controls to your pc - all in one little unit.

That stick & buttons is likely overpriced for what they are too, but they'll do the job for you

Is your monitor powering on now as is? If so, you don't need to do anything with it.

Just get a jpac as Enternow said, and use it to wire your machine to a computer.

Then plug in your arcade machine as normal, and plug in your PC too.
