Contacting a UPC agent/installer in Sligo town

I would like to speak to a UPC installer in Sligo town. Does anybody know if such a person exists? I have seen a van around town. I don't want to talk to a call centre, as mine is a localised, complex query. Thanks in advance for any replies.
