Three 2-bed apts in Tubbercurry for auction, reserve is 25k

    At the next Allsop property auctions, one of the lots is three 2-bed apts in The Fairways, Tubbercurry.

    The reserve is 25k, or 8,333 per apt.

    At the reserve price, these seem to be the cheapest homes in Ireland???

    What are rents like in Tubbercurry?

    I wonder will these go for more than the reserve?

    Might they make 30k, i.e. 10k per apartment?

    If they just make the reserve, that would have strong negative implications for other apartment prices.
