Was going to post a few days ago asking what people thought about the following car I was debating going to see.
My questions would have mainly been how reliable is the vw 1.4 engine at that milage and what's it realistically worth. Pics look like its cared for.

Anyway it's been up for 2 weeks or more. I think at 1950, then past few days at 1900 and there this eve 2200. I've lost interest with it cause it's a geansai load of horseplay but can Anyone suggest a reason for the increases over time??
Oh and a value too just based on details.

You mean to get their desired asking price they pack on their bargaining margin so at 2200 they get 1900 and buyer(who hasn't seen the changes thinks oh I got a bargain?

I thought it was overpriced slightly at 1900 never mind 2200.
    It's a 12 y/o vw with 150k miles.

Why not buy something else then? You're in bangeromics price range there, I'd sooner buy privately where you can sus out the previous owner and get all the important answers. A salesman will just want to gt it sold and won't know about the cars past.
You can tell a lot about a car from its owner
