Uncommitted switch problem

Installed a 80cm dish & mono lnb for 13 & 19e. Tuned in both sats with signals in the 80's & quality in the high 90's. I wanted a feed from my sky dish on this receiver also so connected the mono & sky feed to an uncommitted diseqc switch. Now I get 'no signal' when trying any channel on 13 or 19 but sky is working fine. Box is azbox prem+.
Any suggestions appreciated. Probably overlooking something in diseqc settings!

Are you using native firmware or something e2 based?

How have you setup 13e & 19e in Antenna Setup? Have you correctly assigned the diseqc ports they are connected to?

The monoblock is connected to 'lnb 1' on the diseqc switch which is what they are assigned to in the setup. I have tried to reverse the command order to 'uncommitted/Commit' in the diseqc setup but it will not save this option.

If the Sky LNB is on port 2 of the uncommitted switch, and Sky is all that's available, then some switching is going on - in the absence of a Diseqc signal, the switches tend to default to whatever's on port 1.

What happens if you swap the cables around on the uncommitted switch?
