Paying fees online

    Anyone know how we are supposed to pay fees online? Is it the 'online payment' option or the 'EFT payment' option? I'm using my Laser card... and after 5 failed attempts at using the 'online payment' option, I hit the 'EFT payment' option to see was it what I needed to use instead. Now my my.tcd.ie balance is fluctuating between owing €0, €85, €4500, €5449 etc, not a clue what is going on with it or whether I've messed the whole payment up :confused:

    Laser cards tend to have a daily limit, most are about 1000 euro maximum transaction. I think if you contact your bank you can get it extended temporarily.

    I think EFT is for transferring from an account to the system. It shouldn't have fluctuated your fees due though so best to contact college about it

    Thanks bscm, didn't know Laser cards had a daily limit tbh :o Mailed the college about it, hopefully will get a reply asap

    Edit: So I should have just used the EFT payment option?
