Samsung account on s2

    So im trying to reset my Galaxy s2 but I cant remember my password and samsung account doesnt send out reset password email to my email address

    any idea please?

    Try going to the Samsung website and looking if there's an option to reset your password. If you did, is there any chance it's in the junk folder?

    Other than that I don't know, new account maybe, or email Samsung?

    I ended up using Vol up + Home + Power keys option to get the factory reset

    Oh right, I thought the problem was that public couldn't log in after a reset. I could have suggested that :)
