Registering with Revenue

I've filled out the 12a and am wondering which region I should be dealing with, the location I work (where I will be renting) or my permanent family address- where I currently live?

Also I have a previous employer, but was paid via a scholarship (thus had no involvement with the revenue)- should I declare this work, or is that really meant for work you were taxed on?

Found the info for this (had already searched but missed it), it is based on where you live so I presume I am to register with my current address and update whenever I change location.

Any help on the second question would be appreciated.

You need to send the P45 from this job into revenue even if you paid no tax, your prsi contributions are important for claiming social welfare entitlements.

Did you fill in and submit a form like this when you were receiving the scholarship?
