also, what is the north of spain like around then? i have heard that there is an electronica festival in san sebastien in october but cant seem to find any info about it anywhere. is a place i have been to before, but only for a day, and would love to go back and spend more time inm the region someday

San Sebastain is likely to be cold and wet in November but probably more interesting to go to than the other places.

Malta is not a clubbing place as far as i'm aware, likely to be full of retirees at that time of year, in fact most places that aren't busy cities are likely to be quiet off season.

So you're stuck with the Canaries I'd say.

Definitely agree with this... Turkey could also be good, I have been a couple of times and it is always fun and cheap (and the food is really good). Not sure about flights there though.
