Target Express

Just been told my delivery is late (2 Weeks) as it was sent via target express. Anyone know if I can retrieve it from the depot in Dublin or do I just have to wait this out. I could raise a dispute with paypal and just get a refund but want the item. Any help much appreciated.

As far as I know the staff have ended their sit in at the Dublin site so there may not be anyone at the site to hand out the package.
