    Hi all looking for some help if possible,I have been given a secondhand laptop an acer aspire 7004 and i would like to Factory reset this as there a few problems on it and would like to start again.I am having trouble doing this as when i try to factory reset it is looking for a password before i can do this.
    It is not the one when i first log in and i have looked online and people say try 00000 but its not this,it has been set as it gives a hint which is Hotel.But the previous owner hasn't a clue what it could be.Is there anyway of by passing this.
