Is there any issues/problems associated with installing thermoboard and pumping the cavity with beads? If heard some say it introduces condensation issues. Any truth in it?

Yes there is the potential of condensation risk, as there can be with most types of wall build ups. That said the risk can be reduced/eliminated. Ideally get the proposed wall build up assessed by a professional who will advise of how much insulation to put where to reduce eliminate the risk. There is a lot to be said of having just a single insulation zone.
