    Hi,

The Home Carer's credit - does this apply if you have one or more kids under 18 and only one working parent? I know you can apply for this credit on PAYE online, so if this was backdated for each year back to 2008, would the person receive a refund on what is owed?

Secondly, in relation to Tuition fees, again can this be backdated? And will the person receive a refund for any relief granted?

    Thanks

Home carers is available for married and civil partnership cases. The terms and conditions are in the below link. It can be back dated to 2008. If a refund is due based on adding the home carers it will issue to you.

Tuition fees can be back dated to 2008. If a refund is due based on claiming tuition fee relief, it will issue to you.
