I've seen these, they look brill!
I don't know anyone selling them, but they should be easy enough to make with a foam cone from Central Florist Supplies up by the airport, and a glue gun.

A quick google got me this page.

yeah, easy to make. Seen them made with the florist foam globe centre and toothpicks, even easier than a glue gun (though maybe a little more dangerous ). The hard part I think is getting a good sturdy base, flowerpot filled with stones and something that'll hold the pole, usually a wooden stick off a broom or mop.

I have looked at a few of these, it cost a lot to buy them new from a company-

There are plenty of people looking at selling used ones, just need fill them up again yourself (say €50/ €60 for 2), adverts, ebay, buyandsell, donedeal, http://www.weddingsonline.ie/discussion/viewforum.php?f=14

But after a bit of research they seem easy to make, follow the link and try it yourself-think that's what we're going to do

I wonder does that ferrero rocher factory up musgrave direction make the ferrero rochers at all, or is it just tic tics? Tic tics is all I ever smell going past... But if they manufacture them, you might be able to get a huge box directly from them.
