    Hi all,

I own a 2002 Renault Clio that I'm trying to get rid of as I'm leaving the country. It's got some damage to the front bumper and headlights from a collision 12 months ago. I got a quote to fix it for 1000 euro so I decided against it. Unsurprisingly, it failed the NCT. I'm wondering how would I go about selling it for parts? Would I get much for it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Parts - sure but only if you have space and time to sell off seats, door cards, a wing mirror here and and gear knob there.
Otherwise adverts.ie, donedeal and such sites and just let someone take it away (make sure to send off the log book yourself!)

I'll top MidlandM's offer ... if you are anywhere near me I'd collect it and give you something for it !!!!

Bottom line is, it's probably useful to someone, so if you put it up on donedeal you should get some calls and get a few quid for it.

i think u'd make more selling it 4 parts, for example scrapyard beside me wanted 75 for a front shock for sisters yoke, then offered her 120 for full car a few months later.
put it on donedeal, 3 quid, sell a few bits off it n then get 100 a ton for whats left
