Castelli stuff is usually sized small.

I bought Castelli Thermoflex Arm Warmers in March 2010, size small.

I'm 6ft with thin but not totally twiglike arms, and they fit fine.

Would you like to send some pics of your arms? :D

A lot of people say this. That italian sizing is small. I think that's a load of bull. Irish people probably have too much body fat. I have Castelli gloves in size small which fit fine. I'm small in everyday clothes and cycling kit.

I bought Castellie arm and knee warmers - medium last year.
I'm not thin but I have small forearms and biceps - I found them uncomfortably tight.
In Santini, Rapha and Panache I take medium arm warmers.

As for the knee warmers - I couldn't even get them over my calves.

I think you need to be borderline anorexic for these to fit.

LOL. All the Castelli kit I've ever had is short in the arms and a bit tighter than some of the other makes I have. You can describe my arms as "noodly".

Have ya tried the arm warmers? Was going call in to fitzcyles and get them there today as they have them discounted as well. Alas, they were out of stock.

@ROK ON: what size are your arms? You say you're not not thin but that's very subjective!

    Forearm Thickness: 27cm
    Bicep: 30.5 cm

    Calve: 44 cm
    Thigh: 64cm

I take medium in four different manufacturers arm & knee warmers. Castellie medium doesn't fit me.

I'm pretty chilled individual. My kids refer to me as Daddy Cool.

    Forearm Thickness: 25cm
    Bicep: 27 cm

    Calve: 36 cm
    Thigh: 53 cm

All relaxed. Flexed is probably, I dunno, at least double that.

Same as myself.... I've met you before haven't I? I think we are the same build. Height-wise at least.

Edit: What size did you take in the arm-warmers?

I actually don't have any Castelli arm warmers! I do have some jackets, jerseys, shorts and leg warmers though.

Eh, according to our tape measures I have the same arm girth as ROK_ON.

I haven't measured my legs but I haven't found any knee warmers that stay up. Someone should invent some sort of sports-suspender device.

You do know the measure is around your arms and legs and not along the length. You beast!
