    Yep it's their first race and it is indeed very flat. I do a good few mid week runs around that mapped area. Some of the roads are pretty narrow and potholed but you get used to that! Good facilities at the GAA club and hopefully they'll be trying to rival Dunshaughlin for the spread of sandwiches after!

    Good luck to them on their first race - pity I wont make it as I have other commitments

    I would think there will b a nice mixture of both... Its a fast course so should attract plenty of runners from neighbouring clubs..
