Looking for recommendation for good surveyor to do thorough inspection on a couple of properties in north Co. Dublin. One property needs a fair bit of work and I'm trying to figure out what needs to be done and possibly how much it would cost. The other is in pretty could shape with some recent extensions and renovations having been completed, but I want to make sure everything's okay with the work that has been done. Would like to get both properties surveyed before I decide which one to make an offer on. Really appreciate a PM with suggestions if anyone has used good surveyors in the area.
