book recommendations ccent

    Guys I've decided to do the ccent can anyone recommend a really good book for it? Also I won't have access to any routers but I've heard that there are some emulators that can be used? Is this true? If it is what ones would you recommend? I was considering doing online training with cmit coz they had a package with 2 cisco courses for 500. But I have a feeling that this will just be flash cards etc and I'd rather something I can spend time getting really hands on
