    Hi all,

Just posting here looking for some advice in relation to a job that I have a telephone screening for..it's a SMB Sales Associate with Google.

Can anyone give me an idea of the interview process? Is it telephone screening, 2 interview, references etc?

Also if anyone can provide any insight of what it is like to work in the sales department in Google that would be great, eg are their targets attainable? Is it a good place to work etc.

    Any advice would be great.

Just finished the process, it varies from position to position really and can be quite a long process. Took 2.5 months from start to finish before I found out whether I had got the job. In this time, I had an initial email screening, then a hr phone screening, followed by a phone interview with a member of the team I was applying for, then 3 on site interviews with team members and a manager, then had to compile a document about myself which had to be approved by hiring committees.

Haven't started yet but hoping it was worth the lengthy process.

Best of luck with your application!
