Help Me ID a bike I've seen in Dublin

    Hi,

I've seen a bike around Dublin a couple of times and am wondering if anyone could tell me the brand of frame.

The main distinguishing feature of it is that it has a very fat top tube which extends back about 3 inches rearward from the the seat tube. Its silver, like brushed aluminium or titanium, not painted I don't think.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
    Thanks in advance.

There's a rear coaster brake. In Ireland it'll have to be sold with a front brake too, assuming the dealer is respecting the law.

Would just a rear brake be enough around Dublin? or do you just not go that fast on something like this?

I wouldn't ride in traffic with just a rear brake, but the death rate amongst brakeless fixie riders isn't high enough to suggest it is necessarily lethal.
