New 105 groupset for sale

Hey,

I got this groupset to build a new bike for winter,I have now changed my mind as I got sorted for a bike,it is a full black 5700 105 I can return it and get a Crid note but I'd rather the cash,I have the invoice for the groupset from cycle superstore and I just got it 30/7/12,good chance to save money on your bike build,

Spec of Groupset


5700 chainset 53/39 and 172.5
5700 STI shifters,
5700 front derailleur,
5700 rear derailleur,
5700 chain,
5700 front/rear brakes,
5700 BB (UK)
Gear/brake cables,

Selling for €400 ( time to save your self some cash)

I appreciate that Zippe, it was more of a want than a need on my part right now anyway. My offer stands, but I won't be increasing it. If for some reason this doesn't get snapped up, I'll have €350 for you as a back up.

Thanks dave for the offer,there was a groupset sold here today for €330 and it was not full 105,I think the full 105 should be worth that bit more,I wanted to wait till the other guy sold his groupset first before I stuck this up as I posted in his thread the last day when I was not looking at what I was doing,I'll keep your offer in mind anyways but I need to get as much money back,

Thanks for that Zippe, much appreciated..The Doc Man bought the groupset.

For what it's worth, I think you are entirely right to hold tight on your asking of 400 as the absolute cheapest I have seen that 105 for is 420 sterling which is running at about 532 euro (and that is at 30% off)

Either way, the best of luck with the sale. If you by any chance decide to split it, I know a buddy that will take the levers off you.

Hey Ckeego,

I was looking at your thread and I hit post reply and I ment to post new thread,I have a son now on to me to keep the groupset as he wants planetX for Xmas,the chainset is too big for him so Im going to withdraw the sale for now,if I can't return the chainset for a compact in cycle superstore I'll stick it back up here again for sale,

"Sale withdraw for now,going to hold on to it for my sons bike for now"
