after 18 mon the dh has gotten a date for a tribunal hearing re redundancy payment his ex-boss has not paid. is it benifical to have a solicitor present or would just himself be ok ? this ex boss is still trading , taken on other staff and recently took over another ocmpany yet has told dh he has no money to pay him…
