Malta holiday for grandparents?

    Hi,

My grandparents (both in their 70's) have asked me to book a holiday for them for the end of September/start of October. I was thinking of Malta as the flights for the beginning of October are quite cheap and they've never been there.

Does anyone know what part of Malta I should look in for accommodation as I am not familiar with it at all! They need somewhere that suits their age and has plenty of restaurants etc. They can't do much walking so it would need to be close to a main area.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

St. Julians would be perfect for them as everywhere is within walking distance. Try to haggle a good rate with the hotels. I stayed there twice and haggled them down to €17 per night including breakfast.
