Failed Percolation Tests

    Hi, does anyone know if the assessor doing the percolation test is obliged to send the results in to the county council if the percolation tests fail. Was told this was the case by the assessor however doubting this now. We're going to go for re-test so don't want the original test results sent in. Test was not commissioned by the county council, but privately by myself for a planning. Just wanted to get peoples take on this.
