The LRC is the library building. It is on the ground floor, between the downstairs canteen area, and the Barrow centre (student services/gym/elite gym/medical centre/sports hall).
The south part of the luminous green area on this map (Slaney building/canteen areas/bank etc) will have a walkway justst past the shop that leads outside, the library is on the left before heading out, you can't miss it.
