Hi my son has just received a letter telling him he has another appointment with the inspector, he's being paid by the cwo at the moment and has been for the last month. He went to see the inspector when he first applied for JSA 2 months ago as his appointment was within a week of putting in the claim, now they are asking…

Why is this and his his claim not been processed yet?
