Become a Taxi driver

    Hi,
    Ive being let go in the past few weeks and was thinking of becoming a taxi driver. Ive done a search but nothing came up for the past year or so. Can someone point me in the right direction. I understand I need a psv licence, pay for the taxi plate.
    I dont know what else to expect. If someone could help with the following questions.
    Planning to work in the Limerick City area

    What other steps do I have to follow?
    Is there a rule about the car?
    Estimate of total price excluding car?
