hi i have never had a job im 20 and i just dropped out of college will i be able to get the dole while i look for a job?

is addition to the id you will need a letter from you college stating that you no longer attend.

Welfare office might be a good place to ask these questions?

It all kinda depends on your living situation, if you're with your parents you'll be means tested. Best thing is to just go in and get an appointment.

If your parents are working. Most likely not.

Enjoy the next few years regretting dropping out before researching.
