projector problem!

    Hi, a friend has a projector, power is going to device, but it wont project anything, he has 2 new bulbs for it and still not working, any ideas on what the problem could be? its a panasonic...

    Hard to say without seeing it for real - does it make a sharp clicking noise when powered on ? It could be the starter, its the part of the system that produces a very high voltage to make the lamp "strike" - ie illuminate from cold.

    if you've put in a new lamp and that hasn't solved the problem then it needs a service engineer to sort it out.
